c) "Cause he's taken you for granted and everything you had got destroyed" - This particular lyric can be related to many many woman. Whether you go through a divorce, are physically, emotionally, betrayed by him, something inside of you dies when you realise he's not the man you loved.
"Cause I know that she'd be faithful waitin for me to come home" - Men just expect that woman completely depend on them and that we would never leave them. It's not true. Woman can depend on themselves and not just a man. We are our own person.
d) The target audience it seems to me is both woman and men. It helps to show men how we feel in a relationship. For woman, it shows we can stand up for ourselves and not be dependant on a man.
e) The video uses powerful images as a woman being in a mans role and the man in the woman's role. They also show instances that happen everyday and how people feel in the situations.
f) The way they get the message across is powerful. Images, strong lyrics, and also a strong independent woman singing these lyrics all help to get the message across.
